Federico Fiermonte

Federico Fiermonte, a designer and artist from Rome, has been based in Helsinki since 2021. Passionate about arts and design, he experiments with materials like ceramics, concrete, and metals. His international training includes stints at Läufer+Keichel in Berlin, GamFratesi in Copenhagen, and EOOS Next in Vienna after studing in Italy, Germany and indeed Finland. Though these studios he has worked with clients such as Hermès, Kristalia, DePadova, Poltrona Frau, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. After starting his studio in Helsinki, he collaborates with the Paimio Sanatorium Foundation and works as an assistant at Aalto University. Federico has exhibited at Fuorimilano, Dutch Design Week, London Design Festival, Salon as assistant for workshops and courses at the Aalto University.
