The leading furniture, design and interiors event in the Nordic countries gathers annually together both professionals and media representatives, as well as interior decoration and design enthusiasts and opinion leaders. With its nearly 50,000 design-loving visitors, Habitare lets you learn about the Finnish market, contact customers and trade representatives, as well as to use the exhibition stands to present, launch and retail at the event.

Habitare Pro, the trade show division of the fair is an enhanced platform dedicated for B2B companies for the business of design.  Providing a unique platform to meet, network and promote business relationships and showcase new products to a targeted audience in a curated space.

Terms of participation

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of the Finnish Fair Corporation

  • The invoice for participation is due by 31 May 2024.
  • Expostart (incl. socket 16A 230V 3.6 kW and energy consumption, publicity and environmental fee) €650 is charged from all exhibitors.
  • Any stand constructions exceeding 300 cm are considered additional advertising space and subject to an extra charge. Minimum charge is €450.
  • Stands with two levels: the level is subject to a charge per square metre to 50% of the space rental.
  • Joint stands: if the stand is used by several exhibitors, a publicity and environmental fee of €440 is charged from each exhibitor. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
  • There is an extra charge of €25 if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies,or if the company contact information is changed.
  • VAT is added to all prices. 
  • Prices are valid until 40 days before the event. 
  • Stand plans for the Ahead area must be sent for curation no later than June 19, 2025. Plans sent after this are automatically placed in other areas.
