Secto Design is a Finnish family-owned company that designs and manufactures timeless wooden luminaires from certified Finnish birch. The luminaires are known for their warm, glare-free light and high quality.Founded by Tuula Jusélius in 1995, Secto Design has developed its collection in close collaboration with architect Seppo Koho, who created its distinctive, graphic design language. At Habitare, familiar classics by Koho are presented alongside more recent designs by both Koho and wood artisan Ilkka Kauppinen.Every Secto Design luminaire is made at the company’s own factory in Heinola, Finland, by skilled craftspeople. Today, Secto Design luminaires can be found both in homes and demanding architectural and interior projects around the world.
