Habitare, the leading furniture, design, and interior design event in the Nordic region, will be held at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre from September 2–6, 2026.

Habitare brings together ideas for homes and public spaces: furniture, interior design solutions, materials, colors, and the most exciting trends in new design. At the event, you’ll encounter both the latest innovations and timeless classics, make unique vintage discoveries, and build your own program from the diverse lineup of stage events.

The 2026 theme, Plot Twists, captures the unpredictability of life and living. It encourages you to break routines, try new things with an open mind, and view interior design as a story that can change, evolve, and surprise.

Habitare Pro, Habitare’s professional platform, offers unique networking and meeting opportunities, a spectacular exhibition, and a curated program, bringing the international design community together from September 2–6, 2026, at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre. The Habitare Pro Lounge will host workshops and a curated program for professional visitors. On Thursday, the program will focus on buyers, in collaboration with the Suomen Yrittäjät ry, and Friday’s theme is architecture, in collaboration with Archinfo. Registration for workshops is required in advance.
