Essis by Lasilinkki creates handcrafted artisan glass in Finland for interior design and architectural projects. At Habitare 2026, we are premiering Light Through the Cracks, a collaborative installation with designer Maiju Lampi, featuring the Roihu table and Kajo pendant light. Through handcrafted artisan glass, light, colour and texture come together to tell a story of courage, renewal and hope. On Thursday, 3 September, 3:30–4:00 PM, join Maiju Lampi and Essis by Lasilinkki's Creative Director Essi Sundman on the Main Stage to hear the story behind the installation and the craftsmanship that brought it to life. Visit us at Stand 6d18.

Essis by Lasilinkki

Essis by Lasilinkki creates handcrafted artisan glass in Finland for interior design and architectural projects. Every piece is made using our own unique production process, where light, texture and material come together to create one-of-a-kind glass surfaces.

Our collection includes bespoke glass solutions for tables, lighting, doors, partitions, walls and other interior applications. Artisan glass offers designers and architects the opportunity to create distinctive spaces where light becomes an integral part of the design.

At Habitare 2026, we are proud to premiere Light Through the Cracks, a collaborative installation created with interior designer and designer Maiju Lampi. The installation features the Roihu table and the Kajo pendant light —two pieces that explore courage, renewal and the idea that even the smallest light can help us find our way. Through handcrafted artisan glass, light, colour and texture become part of the story, revealing new details from every angle.

Visit our stand to experience how artisan glass transforms furniture into sculptural collectible design and how light continuously reshapes the character of the material.

On Thursday, 3 September, from 3:30–4:00 PM on the Main Stage, Maiju Lampi will share the personal story behind the installation, while Essis by Lasilinkki’s Creative Director Essi Sundman will discuss the craftsmanship, production process and the role of artisan glass in bringing the concept to life.

We look forward to welcoming you to our stand to discover new possibilities for artisan glass and the story behind Light Through the Cracks.

Designer meet & greet times at our stand 6d18 will be announced closer to the event.
