Polaria is a Finnish manufacturer of bathroom furniture. For nearly 60 years, we have designed and manufactured moisture-resistant steel furniture for bathrooms. We believe the bathroom deserves the same attention as every other room in the home. That is why we create timeless furniture that combines good design with practical functionality. All our steel products are made at our own factory in Mäntyharju, Finland. Meet Polaria at Habitare
Polaria will take part in Habitare 2026, held at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre from 2–6 September 2026. As the leading furniture, design and interiors event in the Nordic countries, Habitare brings together architects, designers, industry professionals and everyone with an interest in design and living. You can find us at stand 6f85, where we will showcase our Finnish-made bathroom furniture.
The theme of Habitare 2026 is Plot Twists, inviting visitors to see familiar things from a new perspective and discover inspiration in the unexpected moments of everyday life. At Polaria, this idea feels natural. We believe the bathroom deserves just as much attention as every other room in the home. It is where good design is experienced through functionality, durability and everyday comfort.
At Habitare, we will present bathroom furniture that combines timeless design, practicality and long-lasting quality. Our Finnish-made steel furniture is designed to withstand moisture and everyday use for decades. We believe good design means creating products that retain their functionality, appearance and value year after year.
The striking wall graphic at our stand is based on an artwork by visual artist (Master of Culture and Arts) Heidi Laukka, inspired by the Polaria Manifesto. It invites visitors to pause and reflect on the meaningful moments of everyday life and the home, interpreting the bathroom as a place where everyday life slows down for a moment and where people can simply be themselves.
